It appears the servers have gone down, or the network is having problems.

I am trying to find out which at this moment in time.

I will post an update when I have one.

The data centre has had a power bar failure on the rack our servers are located in.

They are replacing it as I type this, and hope to have the servers back on line shortly.

We have scheduled maintenance work on the following dates:

Tuesday 15th April 01:00 - 05:00
Friday 18th April 01:00 - 06:00
Tuesday 22nd April 01:00 - 06:00

The work will involve the installation of 3 new routers to our network. Customers may experience a shot amount of downtime during these periods.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are scheduling downtime on Wednesday 23rd January at 06:45 to replace a faulty network card. Customers who noticed a degradation of service last Wednesday will be affected by a downtime of approx 20 minutes whist we swap out this card.

The switch we are connected to in BlueSquare house appears to have developed a hardware issue with one of the slots in the chassis serving 100M customers.

There are engineers on site who are looking at this issue.

If the card is faulty it maybe necessary to swap out the card in question.

Please be informed that we will be performing some network maintenance on Tuesday 18th December at 07:00 lasting no more than 35 minutes. We do not expect any downtime during this work, however our network resiliency will be reduced from N+1 to just 'N' levels during this time.
