| TS Servers | | Connectivity Problems. | | 09, Feb, 2009 | Our servers seem to be offline. We are contacting the datacenter to try to find out what the problem is.
*Update* 17:20 Hrs
There appears to be a problem with the network switch on our rack, it is being worked on at this time.
*Update* 17:55 Hrs
The network switch has been replaced, however this initial problem may have damaged the server hardware. We are currently trying to reboot the server.

All servers should now be back online. The data centre has had a power bar failure on the rack our servers are located in.
They are replacing it as I type this, and hope to have the servers back on line shortly.

Tuesday 15th April 01:00 - 05:00 Friday 18th April 01:00 - 06:00 Tuesday 22nd April 01:00 - 06:00
The work will involve the installation of 3 new routers to our network. Customers may experience a short amount of downtime during these periods.

There are engineers on site who are looking at this issue.
