Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Where are your servers based?
A: Our servers are housed at the BlueSquare Datacentre, Maidenhead, Berkshire, in the UK.

Q: How long does it take to set up my server?
A: Unfortunately our ordering system does not feature an automated set up. All servers are set up manually.

All servers are set up 'Same Day' as ordering, usually within an hour of your payment being received.

Please note, orders after 10:30 pm may not be set up until the following morning.

Q: I cannot find my Teamspeak server when I browse for it in the TS2 clients search function. Why not?
A: Server browsing is disabled on our servers as a security feature. You will need to enter your server IP and Port into the quick connect screen to connect to your server.

Q: I want to cancel my server subscription, what do I do?
A: To cancel your server you must cancel your subscription, just click on the 'Unsubscribe' button on our homepage, or any product page and follow the instructions in your Paypal account.

Q: I cannot login to admin via the web based control panel, what details do I use?
A: You login with the username and password you supplied to us, and your server port ( The last four numbers of your server IP). The Superadmin login is not for your use.
